1087da12fc Sync opensslconf.h, add crypto_arch.h for mips 
This was easy enough to make compile. As long as it doesn't get in the
way, I think we can keep this.

031c2f1722 Basic loongarch64 support 
Just wire things up to make the project buildable
on LoongArch64.

opensslconf.h is taken form riscv64 folder as is,
and is the same as on some other 64 bit architectures.
