* Make repository compliant with REUSE license checker This is complex due to the many imported files and projects. Information about those licenses is being captured in .reuse/dep5 to keep the contents of imported files unchanged. In some cases educated guesswork has been required. * Work around reuse RTF parsing problem by adding a parallel License.rtf.license file. Co-authored-by: Mark Callow <github@callow.im>
